Does what it says - I think...

Another language than Spanish would be great. Option to save my bookings, without entering all of my reservation details over and over again, would be a 4Star

OK ... Has errors

Works ok. When you choose the day it goes the previous day. So you have to pick the next day of what you actually want. Also not optimized for iPhone 6 normal view so my eyes hurt looking at the monster font.

Bad service

Ive tried to get seating on a flight going from Miami to London yet the representative informed me he couldnt do anything for my request. My request was of a seat by the window because of stomach problems. I also requested that the seat couldnt be near the wing of the plane since Id just had a heart implant and the noise from the motors located on the wings made my chest vibrate. Even after calling the Iberia airline twice the refused to help me with my needs. The two times I called I was placed on hold after explains my medical situation and also of my mom whos 85 yr old. I would not recommend this airline.

Wouldnt work

Wouldnt select or accept the airport when trying to search for flight to check in. I wanted to check in ahead because I was going to an airport where I dont speak the language, but the app wouldnt let me check in.

Passport Expires Today!

So, the only option for entering your passport expiry date is the current days date. Wow.

This App should be removed

So, a company with airfares starting from 39€ has a better App than this one. As stated by others: no option to enter Passport’s expiration day (only month & year); no Passbook/Wallet, so no digital boarding pass (why do I want this App for again?); Frequent Flyer membership takes only numeric characters, and mine is alphanumeric (this happens also on their website to be fair); and iPhone 4S screen, not optimized for larger screens (how do we rate it -5?).

Not very useful & adds little value

This is a bizarre app. Visually it is appealing, looking simple and useful however actually paying attention to it you realize that it is all fluff. I dont really see what value this app adds at all. Rather than a summary of your accout or upcoming flights as one might expect, the main page is a non-useful menu of odd options. The passbook doesnt consistantly load (mine never, although others comment that it has worked), the app is full of links to Iberias other apps making this more of an advert and redirection portal more than anything else. Although this app is better than the last Iberia attempt, it is still basically useless, providing no added value and I expect to remove it shortly.

Awful!!

This app is awful: I cant download passbooks, the navigation is very slow and is not optimized for the iPhone 6 screen! Other airlines are miles ahead with their apps.

Awful and worthless

No iPhone 6 compatibility and it is so so slow. I rather to use the website instead...

Really awful app

Incomprehensible how Iberias app is this bad. Theyd be better off just taking British Airways (subpar) app and throwing their name on it since they are owned by the same company...

Bad

Its not compatible with bigger screens. The layout is not good and I cant get any useful information from the app, it crashes a lot. Smaller Airlines have much better apps than this one.

Worst app!

Dont try figuring out making changes to your flight. I tried seeing how much an upgrade was, out of curiosity, and although it said you can cancel it at the end of the process...you cant!! You go through the process entering your information and it then charges your car. No way of removing the upgrade. Then theres the frustration added from waiting for the app to "reach the server" and other server error messages

Unprofessional- Waste of life

Every second time you try to login, you need to reset your password. Thats if the app opens at all. Booking on the app is even worse, drops you off at the end, when you try to pay and leaves you in a very high airfare, just to loose a lot of money on their "errors" what a coincidence! I would never recommend either the app or company Iberia.

Full of bugs. Cant even book the right dates

Tried to book a trip from May to June but every time I entered a May date I got a June date and every time I entered a June date I got a July date. I wasnt comfortable booking a non refundable flight that way.
