Good luck managing any bookings you have from the app. Errors out any time I try to enter a booking to view info.

The worst app ever. Honestly it rarely functions. Errors galore , not connected , service unavailable and on and on and on. It really is the absolute most useless app I have ever used. Shame on you. And this app has had very bad reviews since 2013 ! IAG get your bloody act together.

Trying to check flight info. Get constant error messages when trying to log in with Plus number and p/w or as guest. Just taking up memory. I hope that my pilot knows how to fly the plane!

Use it regularly for checkin/boarding passes.

The app is very good overall. You can do pretty much anything thats on the website but in a more organized and cohesive manner. Its still a diamond in the rough(the overall look and the load speeds throughout need polishing) but otherwise a must have app for all Iberia Plus members (and non-members hoping to fly with them soon)! Hope to test the Auto check-in feature in a couple of weeks. If it works like a charm, Ill definitively give it the last star!

App is fast, check-in, reservations and flight status.

A waste of time. Always getting error displays. When you are finally able to sign in you can not access the information you want and need, flight details, etc. Not worth the effort to use.

dorsnt have Marrakesh on its list of cities so i cant check in... huge waste of time downloading and filling out complex forms...

So far, being able to get an electronic boarding pass seems convenient. Will see how much so when we get to the airport. Upset that my return flight seats were changed after a flurry of errors when attempting to check-in. Appears that my companion and I have lost our seats together, and I wont pay $1/min. on my cell to get help.

Nothing works properly in this app! Extremely slow when switching between pages. Not able to view/manage my bookings. I get an error message every time.

Absolutely worthless. Simply put, nothing works. Didnt they test this app themselves? It just either crashes all the time or gives error messages for every single thing you try to do. Awful app.

Its slow, it crashes, takes multiple attempts to check-in and then you can not get the mobile boarding pass to add or show up in the app or in Passbook. Also, now has a 2 notification badge, but when I open it I have no idea what the notification is for.

The option for check-in didnt work. It was complaining about connection lost or too much delay. The web application, with a new iPhone interface worked perfectly. Didnt lost connection, allowed to select seats in a graphical interface, an finally stored your boarding passes in Photo Album. Iberia App does not even support Passbook, so it is completely useless once the website has been renovated. ---- Testing the new update, now with passbook support, but... Same frustration. The new version still doesnt work. I keep strongly recommending Iberia.mobi over this app. The web page really supports passbook while the native App fails.

I have downloaded about a dozen different airlines apps onto my iPhone. Imagine they all followed Iberias lead: That would expand from 12 to over 70 applications cluttering the screens limited real estate! This latest update was an unbelievably insensitive idea, one that fails to take into account how real folks use their iPhones. Sorry, Iberia, but instead of expanding from 1 Iberia app to 6, I have gone from 1 Iberia app to 0.

Nicely designed and useful app, plagued by a problematic and troublesome reservations backend. I want to love this company--too bad they keep getting the basics wrong!

How is it that the people of Iberia cannot fix the bug which makes the app crash when you want to check in online? Every time one just pushes the check in button it crashes.

Why making an app that is useless? doesnt let you login, doesnt let you buy tickets, doesnt let you check in... very unprofessional.

Only reason I got this was to use passbook and it wont even work.
